Ideagen unifies brand identity for better customer experience
Ideagen has begun an exciting new journey to improve the customer experience we offer, by bringing together all solutions under one unified brand identity.
From 1 July 2023, Ideagen software will share the same look and feel, making it instantly recognizable as Ideagen – a trusted name in regulatory and compliance software.
Speaking about the change, CEO Ben Dorks said: “Knowing a product is part of the Ideagen family of solutions gives customers greater confidence in its capability, value and benefits.
“Having a more recognisable brand will help us to scale our business and continue to grow the solutions we offer to regulated and high compliance industries around the globe."
Ideagen are simplifying the experience further for customers by evolving product naming, to make it easier for customers to identify the solutions they need.
For example, our flagship environmental health and safety software, ProcessMAP, becomes Ideagen EHS, while market-leading quality products - Q-Pulse, Qualtrax, Qadex - become Ideagen Quality Management.
Inspection Xpert, Q-Pulse PM and Q-Pulse Supplier Portal become Ideagen Quality Control. Mi-Co becomes Ideagen Smartforms and our Pentana suite of products for risk and audit compliance become Ideagen Risk and Ideagen Internal Audit, respectively.
Other solutions such as Audit Analytics and CompliSpace will have a fresh look and will be Ideagen name led. Over the coming weeks customers will start to notice this Ideagen-led branding within our solutions and communications. These changes will not affect functionality or how customers use the software in the short term, but in the longer term they will be able to benefit from enhanced functionality and a wider portfolio of solutions.
Our website has been updated to incorporate the changes and restructured to enable customers - by industry, or specific compliance need – to understand which solutions will best support their operations. And a new A-Z feature of old and new products has been created as a helpful guide to anyone wanting to understand what their existing solution has become. At the same time, we are working to update all our channels, marketing materials, back office and billing systems so they reflect this new unified brand.
Another improvement in the pipeline will simplify how customers access Ideagen software. This is particularly beneficial to those with more than one Ideagen product. We are bringing our solutions into one place, Ideagen Home, and introducing single sign-on (SSO) for easier access.
This move will happen in phases over the coming months, and we will be ensuring customers are aware ahead of any transition of their solution so there’s minimal disruption. This change will make it much simpler for customers to access the tools they need to ensure operations stay safe, protected and compliant.
Another benefit is that customers will be able to access our new Ideagen Community, a place for regulatory and compliance professionals to connect with their peers, access and share information and chat with Ideagen and customer experts. Information including product-specific topics like FAQ’s, training resources and product roadmaps will all be accessible through Community.
