Ideagen Signs Deal with JensonR+ Group
Leading global provider of software products to companies operating in highly regulated industries, Ideagen Plc, has announced a new customer for Qualsys, the eQMS product which is now part of the Q-Pulse suite of products.
The JensonR+ Group of companies are technical consultancies providing services to the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. The organisation wanted to introduce a consistent quality system across its businesses that would also maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
Nic Hardman of JensonR+ Group, explained what attracted them to the product: “As consultants, recommendations are particularly important to us and Qualsys was independently recommended by several trusted contacts. There was also a good package of information readily available online to help with our research."
“When we got into it in more detail, we found that we really liked the user-friendly interface and the flexibility offered by the system. The various packages meant that we could find a well-priced option, both to fit our current business needs and for the future too."
“Once we contacted Qualsys, the level of service was extremely good – proactive, supportive and very well thought out - and this has continued as we’ve commenced on the system implementation with the Ideagen team. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.”
Alex Swan, Senior Business Development Manager at Ideagen, said: “We are very excited to have JensonR+ Group on board. They operate in highly technical and specialised fields of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, where precision, quality, compliance with regulations and the trust of their customers are all vital. With the latest version of Qualsys, which is now integrated into the industry leading Q-Pulse suite of products, we know we can support the team at JensonR+ as they go about their vital work and give them the confidence that their processes are being maintained to the highest standards, with full audit trails and their data is kept secure.”
In September, Ideagen Plc announced the acquisition of Qualsys as part of the business’ strategy to grow by geographical and technical expertise.
