Ideagen recognised at ScotlandIS Digital Technology Awards
Ideagen’s marketing team were crowned winners at the ScotlandIS Digital Technology Awards, emerging victorious in the Outstanding Marketing Performance category.
The Nottingham-based software company impressed the judges with its application around the team’s successful recruitment campaign and online careers section overhaul.
The campaign was launched to increase job vacancy applications as the company prepared for an extensive recruitment drive across the Group.
The marketing team’s efforts saw 826 applications in just four months – and resulted in them taking home the ‘Outstanding Marketing Performance’ trophy.
Ben Dorks, Ideagen’s Chief Customer Officer, said: “This is an outstanding achievement for our talented marketing team following an extremely successful recruitment campaign.
“The preparation and execution of this whole project was impressive and resulted in the team helping to attract over 800 applications in just four months.
“Being recognised at the Digital Tech Awards is a truly outstanding achievement and recognition that is well deserved.”
Ideagen qualified for entry as the company has a major operation in East Kilbride, Lanarkshire, which houses over 160 staff including developers, sales and marketing, technical expertise, operations and support.

Other companies nominated were Big Red Digital, a digital agency and software development company, and financial services and advisory firm, Nucleus, at the ceremony which was held at the Radisson Blu hotel in Glasgow.
The event – held on Thursday, April 26th and now in its eighth year – attracts some of Scotland’s best digital technology companies and provides organisations with an opportunity to showcase and highlight the very best of their technical and digital excellence.
The 12 awards recognise and reward outstanding firms from fields ranging from social care to geology, all of which exemplify innovation, expertise, commercial success and ambition.
