Customers rank Ideagen’s Huddle as Category Leader in G2 Summer Report
Cloud collaboration software relied upon by governments, banks and healthcare providers has been named a Leader for its exceptionally high customer satisfaction, in this year’s G2 summer report.
Compliance and regulatory software provider, Ideagen, today announced that its collaboration solution, Huddle, has been named in multiple categories in the summer round of G2 reports, which highlight top-rated products in each software category based on user review data.
Huddle also retained its “High Performer” badges in Cloud Content Collaboration in both the UK and Europe; as well as in the Small Business category after 88 per cent of users gave Huddle 4 or 5 star review.

G2’s quarterly reports rate products for customer satisfaction and market presence in real time, based on user reviews, social networks and other online sources. In each category, customers rate their satisfaction with the solution and provided unbiased feedback on their experiences.
