Initial application
Fill out the application online.
Shortlisting
Once the applications are in, we'll shortlist the most suitable candidates against the person specification for the role.
Screening call
If you've been shortlisted, you'll have an initial video or phone call with our talent acquisition team.
Testing
To ensure a thorough and fair process all candidates will participate in testing that is appropriate to the job role.
Interview
All candidates will participate in two interview stages covering competencies, behaviors and skills.
