2024 Comment letters report
“Comment letters” is a term that can be used to describe two types of correspondence between the SEC and registrants.
The first type refers to letters submitted by individuals or entities in response to public requests for comments on rule proposals or concept releases by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The second type refers to the correspondence between SEC staff and those who file with the SEC. This report focuses on the latter type of comment letters.
