The Verdantix Green Quadrant is considered to be one of the gold-standard evaluations of software vendors within the PSM space – and an essential guide for businesses looking to bolster their safety management strategies. 

So, why is a Verdantix rating so important? Simply put, the Verdantix Green Quadrant report carries out a thorough, impartial and fact-based evaluation of PSM software vendors based on multiple parameters – functionality, user experience, integration capabilities and customer satisfaction. This assessment is a key resource for businesses, offering invaluable insight into the capabilities and achievements of the varied software solutions in the marketplace. 

The impact of good PSM

Some of the elements where Ideagen scored well included: 

Mobile app product architecture 

Ideagen DevonWay scored a perfect 3.0/3.0 and Ideagen EHS a near-perfect 2.7/3.0 with Verdantix stating: ""Ideagen EHS offers a robust and user-friendly PSM software suite – particularly its mobile app capabilities." 

Incident management  

Both also scored 2.0/3.0 in incident management. "Similarly, the firm delivers strong results for incident management, scoring a 2.0/3.0 – accommodating the entire process of managing incidents from identification and categorization to RCA and action item verification." 

Robust technical capabilities 

Ideagen DevonWay scored above average in five out of six technical categories, adding "All Ideagen DevonWay products and associated workflows are offered through a no-code platform with a common user interface across the desktop and mobile application." 

Chemical management 

Both scored well in this respect. Of Ideagen EHS the report said: "Its chemicals and SDS management module provides a comprehensive system for managing material-related risks, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and enabling precise inventory management across multiple facilities." 

There was also mention of Ideagen DevonWay's connected worker safety including worker tracking and safety wearables for frontline workers.
