Gregg Oldham is approaching 25 years of experience, all of which is closely related to the Aerospace component manufacturing sector. Starting off as a Quality Engineer within the precision aerospace component manufacturing sector, Gregg became a certified six sigma black belt, project management and lead supervisor within quality inspection. It was with this knowledge and experience that enabled a pivotal career change in helping setup a business to create software products designed by engineers for engineers.
The business grew to over 500 customers and a recurring revenue of over £1.5 million within 10 years to then being acquired by Ideagen. The natural continuation within Ideagen has enabled Gregg (Senior Product Manager) to take responsibility for a number of other products all within his domain; knowledge and experience of manufacturing quality / control focused on FAIR, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow and a Supplier Quality Portal.
Steven Allison has over 18 years of experience in various manufacturing sectors from Account Management, Production, Quality Assurance & Sales. He has worked in several different industries including Aerospace and Defence, Nuclear, Renewables & Oil and Gas. Steven started off in sub-contract manufacturing, making parts for global customers where he then progressed into account management roles involving all aspects of projects. Steven has now been with Ideagen for over 5 years where he utilises his knowledge to help businesses streamline their Quality Assurance & Quality Control systems and processes with the use of Ideagen's software portfolio.
