OMNI Taxi Aereo took the decision to re-evaluate and assess areas of the business that would benefit from investment and training to enable them to meet and exceed the demanding standards placed upon them by Industry. Since then OMNI has performed well by achieving optimal results in both regulatory and client driven audits, whilst maintaining sustained growth of its fleet and revenues annually.
Prior to implementing Ideagen Quality Management, OMNI managed compliance and safety via manual processes, spreadsheets and paper-based reporting systems. It was time consuming, open to errors and lacked automation and management of data protocols.
The business process identified inefficiencies such as the need to chase actions via telephone and email which was manually intensive and delivered non-standardised results. So, although OMNI was already safe and compliant, the challenge was to transform business processes in order to improve operational performance and make compliance easier.
