Ideagen’s Q-Pulse replaces South Tees NHS Trust paper based quality management system
At South Tees NHS Trust hospital, the department’s paper-based quality management system (QMS) was becoming cumbersome and staff were finding it difficult to locate documents. Q-Pulse was initially implemented to help achieve ISO 9001:2008 across the Radiotherapy Physics Department, part of Medical Physics. However, its use was soon increased to include Radiotherapy Physics, Radiotherapy and the Oncology Department - three departments operating across two geographical sites.
