Ideagen celebrates recognition as a Top 50 Best Workplace

Ideagen is thrilled to announce that it has been recognised as one of the top 50 places to work, as part of the prestigious Inspiring Workplaces (IW) Awards a global initiative that celebrates organizations that put people at the forefront of their workplace strategies

The Nottingham headquartered tech company had to undergo a rigorous evidence submission against the six key elements: Culture and Purpose; Leadership; Wellbeing; Inclusion; Employee Voice; and Employee Experience and have today (March 20, 2025) been announced as a UK and Ireland finalist.

Speaking about the news, Ideagen Chief People Officer, Louise Tommasi, said: "We are incredibly honored to be named a finalist for the Inspiring Workplaces Awards."
